I called and asked to be put on the schedule for AC and heating service. I told them that I was not in any hurry that anytime on into the future was fine...no emergency at all. They said...sorry, we won't schedule anyone now we're too busy. Again I explained that I was in no hurry...anytime would be fine...they refused to even put me on their schedule!!! So much for these guys...they're off my list and being in a rural area...they will probably soon be off a lot of lists out here!!! I get it though...they don't care!

We want to make sure all of our customers receive the best possible service and due to current conditions we have unfortunately had to turn down some service work, even when scheduled further out. We’ve done this to ensure that if Johnson Air shows up to your house, we will have the time to treat you and your system right. We’re truly sorry you feel we don’t care, treating everyone well and fairly is one of the things we pride ourselves on. They installed a unit on the house and it is still under warranty. It developed a leak and they ordered a part and fixed it. 16 days later it stopped working again. It has another leak. The part will take 6-10 business days to get. This is the modern world, you can get anything overnighted. But they will not budge so in the middle of July we do not have AC. They won't return our calls. This weekend is forecast 102, 106, 102. I will not recommend Johnson Air for anything.

Had a problem I couldn’t figure out with my AC controller. Mike came out, fixed it, even changed my air filter. All on time and, as they say, under budget. Two thumbs way up. I trust them.
