  Called them around 12:45 or so with an issue I was having with my furnace. Asked if he would have someone to come by to take a look at it and get it running and he said he could. Communication was poor and the gentlemen seemed frustrated with calls to check in for updates (once at 2pm and again around 6pm. I try and look for small town companies when I need someone to support small town and local businesses and I was sadly disappointed. I was able to get a different company to come out and take care of my issue that night out of Harrisburg luckily after calling last minute at 6 or 7 at night. This company might not be the best for people needing an emergency fix or needing something looked at right away. I'm sure for a larger project or something you can schedule out down the road this company may for you.
