  We had called a local company to find out why our A/C was not working and the line was freezing up. That company came out (an hour late), said we probably have a leak, but could not find it. They would need to fill the system with the old R22 (mini of $200) drop in a dye pack and come back in 3 weeks. They charged me $165 to tell me this. Didn't find anything or do any work. Dave from JP Timmerman came out, found the leak (according to him) in a very easy to find spot. It was a $20 part. He fixed it, boosted my airflow, adjusted some of the sheet metal to get rid of the leaks. He did this all in 1 day. (our system is 24 years old). We have yet to have any problems with it. Cost just $357 which is worth it. I wish i could get my $165 from the other company. I know i will call these guys for all my work, i don't care about the out of town service fee. The local guys screwed me over.

  They are the original installers of our unit. Unit was to be more efficient but the electric bill has been higher. Unit is now not working and find out there is a minimum charge of $150 to drive from Lima. The office staff was rude on the phone and hung up when I questioned here about this charge. Look elsewhere for your installation and repairs.

  Not very dependable. I had a appointment for thursday December 27th to do a inspection on my new comfortmaker furnace. Gave me the standard 12 to 4pm appointment slot. Got around 4 and hadn't heard anything so I call and lady says they are running behind. I wait around to 4:50 and by that time it is starting to get dark and i dont want a hurry up inspection done with a flashlight. I call back and the lady apologizes and sets up another appointment the following thursday and says she will try to get me the earlier slot. So here we are thursday January 3rd. I wait around all day expecting a phone call from the technician. Suppose to call before they head my way. I did not even hear from them at all today. Not the technician or office. Not very reliable and I am not happy wasting 2 days waiting on them.
