We recently relocated to the Berkshires from Atlanta and I can't express how helpful it is to have such a competent, polite company service our systems. We came home from a trip after Christmas to a freezing house and no hot water with our 4 small children, half of us wih the flu, and JBH came out immediately to help us out. I was just thinking about calling them to fill up our tanks...20 minutes later I looked outside when I heard a truck and there they were already doing it which led to me writing this review.
