  Booked on a Wednesday morning, paid for the premium home service and they didn't show up for the appointment window. Called to see if they were coming and they changed it to Thursday. They didn't show up Thursday, so called to see and they changed it to Friday morning. They didn't show up Friday and said no availability until the next week. They never called on any of the 3 days to say they wouldn't be making it. Wasted my money and I was left scrambling trying to find a different company to come out on a Friday afternoon.

  My cooling system seemed to be having problems and I wanted it repaired. I called a local company and did not receive a return call. We called Joe's Heating And Air Conditioning and was able to set up an appointment for the same day. They made a visit and they were transparent, honest, and efficient. My system was fixed the same day and it's now running running normally. Highly recommended!!

  Great correspondence prior to the installation date, on time installation, no fuzz, no mess, all worked well. A fantastic team who did a perfect job! They even sealed a cracked roof tile which was certainly not in their scope, just as a precaution in case of heavy rain. I don’t know many companies who take customer service that serious. Well done and thanks again!
