  Ryan answer my call for Emergency service during an Ice storm and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. They were out as soon as they got the parts actually arrived early to get my Mother-in-laws Furnace replaced. He provided communications through out the process and his professionalism and customer service skills were greatly appreciated. I did not get the name of his co-worker that worked with him to complete the install but he was also professional, courteous and pleasant to work with. I would recommend both of them. These are the type of employees that employers should make an extra effort to retain because they are worth the investment. Thanks for a job Well Done !

  I can’t say enough good things about Advanced Cooling. Timely, quality, professional work at at reasonable price! Today I had the AC stop getting cold. Called Advanced Cooling and as always got immediate action from them in dispatching their technician to resolve my issue. Ryan Stringer called me to let me know he was on his way earlier than I expected. Ryan was a fantastic technician. Very professional and most of all, knows his stuff! He found and resolved my problem VERY fast. From the time I called their office to the time Ryan fixed my problem was less than 2 hours!! Thank you, Ryan! GREAT WORK!!!

  I highly recommend Advanced cooling their service is excellent We got our unit Installed 7 years ago. They only had to come out once for a capacitor that went out. Still use them for PM’s twice a year, Ryan was here today and he was so professional and a great personality.
