  I went online and paid for oil. I understand it is the season for a busy schedule. But there is NO WAY that when I call and talk to someone on the emergency line to be made felt like they were going to help and then be told… “ Since you aren’t on the automatic delivery/refill you will need to wait until tomorrow or Tuesday.” I have a toddler and 5 space heaters going are you serious. The since of urgency is not there and I am extremely disappointed. I guess I need to pay extra to be on their elite list in order to receive help. But there was no problem in charging my account was there.

  After seeing JJ Powells heat pump installation on my friends house I can honestly say that I wouldn't recommend them if they were the last heating company on earth. No pride in their work whatsoever. Blown out brick, crooked mini splits, hack electrical wiring installation, cigarette butts all through the yard. The price he paid for that work makes ME sick.

  We just wanted to contact you to let you know how happy we are with the service we received. We got propane set up at our house and we were so impressed with the job Bruce did. He showed up early and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and all set up with our new oven. We just wanted to give him a shoutout and let you know you have an excellent employee working for you! We will now be using JJ Powell for all of our propane and heating oil needs. Thanks again!!
