  I have worked with Jim on several occasions, first installing my external camera system and subsequently replacing or modifying various components of the system. He understands the product and how to install it properly and make it all work on my phone. He’s always been responsive to my inquiries and has always been on time for scheduled services. I always call Jim.

  We cannot say enough about Jim! We used his services to set up all of our cameras when we moved in to our home as well as install crib, grill, and hang a number of items. Now three years later, Jim returned to take down all cameras and help disassemble a number of complicated pieces around the house. He is responsive, timely, professional and has been wonderful to our family.
