  Excellent service! Ryan arrived on time and was ready to help. Ryan troubleshot the problems with my HVAC and had my HVAC back to heating my home in less than 30 minutes. He was polite, friendly and professional. Jim’s was recommended to me by my sister and her family and I’m glad I called. Thanks again for a great experience! You’ll definitely get any future business!

  I recently had Jims Old Fashion Service repair my American Standard AC unit and they did such a good job. They went above and beyond to work with my warranty to make sure I could get reimbursed after the fact (most companies won't do this) and even though it was a bit more difficult for them they were very professional the entire time. They were friendly, they were as fast as they could be given the wait for parts in the high demand time we're in. I would use them again and recommend them to anybody. Great job!

  On time for the appointment, got right to work checking out heat pump/air conditioning, and auxillary heater under the house. Answered our questions, informed us on the correct system operation ( we are new to Arkansas), and advised us on future service. Very professional, polite efficient and informative. We will have them back in the future.
