The Best.. Would recommend to anyone.. They are pretty booked/seasonal, but very professional, and thorough. A+ UPDATED: Here are some pics from the job.. Well Done! :) Thank you! It was a very close quarters to both Our 112yr old house, AND the neighbors property.. they didnt miss a beat.. very professional, and careful, great cleanup, Thanks! :)

They are definitely my go to people when I have any issues or need help with heating and plumbing! They usually can get there with in a day or two. Very nice and great to work with. I definitely will come back if I need anything!

Called them on a Monday for non working water heater. Technician came out within hours. He fixed thermocouple but discovered gas valve also needed to be replaced. Part not in stock so needed to be ordered. 2 days pass; I hear nothing. Call them to ask about a timeframe. Spoke with three different people and nobody knows what I’m talking about. What part??? Told they’d get back to me. Thursday I receive a text that a technician is on their way to my home. I’m at work but ask a friend to wait at my house for them. Friend contacts me after waiting 1 1/2 hours. No technician. Once again, I call them. Nobody has a clue what I’m talking about. Someone guesses text may have been computer generated when my ticket was pulled up. I inquire about the part. I am told they will get back to me. Friday morning I call again. I’m told that the part should be arriving around noon. 4:30 pm, I get a random text message that just says “your water heater is now working.” Great! I have hot water. Then I get the bill in the mail…$505 in parts and labor for a 15 year old hot water heater!!! I called to ask how they determined repairs vs replacement. Response I got from Don was that he probably would’ve replaced the unit had he known the age of it. Very poor service. Right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing. Will not recommend or do business with again.

B Ecka, thank you for sharing your experience. Although it is hard to hear, your feedback helps us do better. We are in the process of implementing new field service management software and are working out the kinks. Our goal with the new software is to be able to better communication between field and office staff to avoid communication breakdown like you described.
