  I was assigned this amazing contractor through my warranty company. I texted him late Friday night letting him know that he would receive a new service request from the warranty company soon. He politely responded that he would contact me on Monday. So first thing Monday morning I received a phone call from this amazing company. The representative asked if I would be available for today between 9 am and 12 pm. I told her at that time that I would make sure to be at home but politely asked for a phone call when the technician was on the way. I received a phone call a little after 11 am and he was at my house in what seemed like minutes. I explained my situation and he said don't worry about it I will get you fixed right up. Jet Heat and Air has really made my day with fixing my AC/heating problem so quickly and efficiently. I can't thank this company enough for the awesome service. I will definitely use this company again for all my heating and air needs. Thank you so much Jet Heat and Air. :)

  Our heater went out midnight, house was freezing in the AM. Called them at 9am and he was here by 1pm. Great work, on time, polite, professional! 10/10 recommend!!

  I had a fantastic experience with this company. He showed up the same day...actually earlier than my appt time. He spent a few hours here up in the attic and outside repairing my system. He was friendly and professional and took extra time making sure he got everything as perfect as possible. This dude was up in my attic in 130 degree heat and he was still friendly and had conversation with me. My house feels great and I am 100% happy with the service I received. I absolutely recommend this company. Well done!
