  My heat stopped working and my house was 47 degrees when I woke up. Jet air was able to come out on a Sunday of a holiday weekend and fix my heat quickly. I couldn’t be happier with the service and will be using this company for all my HVAC needs and recommending them to all my family and friends

  Replaced A/C, heating pump, and water heater. Had chosen Jet Air Co Inc. after getting amount of quotes from others. I’m not an easy customer, greatly appreciate that Jonathan patiently worked with me, trying to accommodate all my needs. Great prices and products, easy and professional services. Highly recommend.   When PSEG came to “fix” something, they ended up shorting out our Central AC unit. It was almost 5:00, my wife and I were away on vacation and saw the alert on our App that our house temp was climbing, and our two young children were stuck in our hot house with our babysitter. I called JET Air, explained the situation, and two repair technicians arrived within 30 minutes. Not only did they work quickly (in our 100+ degree attic) to repair the motherboard and get the AC back on, but they kept us in the loop the whole time so we could stay informed while we were away. Our house was nice and cool shortly thereafter, and the technicians showed up first thing the next morning just to check on our system and ensure everything was working properly. JET Air installed our new system two years ago, and they have been our go-to guys for maintenance and repairs. Professional, responsive, courteous, and understanding, these guys are the best.
