  RUN FAR AWAY THEY ARE CROOKS AND WILL RIP YOU OFF We had our furnace go out during a snow storm and we called Jerry's since they were local. They came out and said our furnace was bad it needed to be replaced. I don't know much about heating so I trusted them the lady told me it would 6000 I thought that was weird it was a whole number. But I needed heat so I said ok. After they were done the project their tech started running around kinda panic like and he called the boss. I noticed the heater was doing the same problem it was before they replaced it . After the phone call with his boss he stuck a stick in my vent on the outside of the house and pulled some stuff out and the heater was working fine. So the original issue was probably that and the furnace didn't need to be replaced. But I already paid them so I chalked it up to I need a new one anyways. But after they left I noticed a burning smell every time we did the dishes and they did have to move the water heater to get furnace out so I had them come back and check out what was going on. Guess what they told me? that's right I need a new water heater it is bad they blamed it on soot on the bottom and would cost 3500$ I then asked for the owner to call me who refused until I said I was gonna go else where when he did call me back he was rude and disrespectful and took no blame for the issue. I then contacted someone else and they told me the water heater is under warranty and could just need a cleaning it would be 100$ service call and has been working fine since. They are a rip off run far away from this company I have contacted lawyer and will be proceeding with legal actions for them breaking my water heater I also work with alot of builders and they will all know not to use Jerry's ever again P.s there techs left a mess when they were done coffee cups debree all over didn't attach gas line just left swinging

  Disorganized, unprofessional and not responsive Owners wife only responds by text - and she will respond by telling you she’s cooking her family dinner and will look into your request afterwards. One afternoon she told us her phone overheated and she had to put it in the fridge that’s why she couldn’t respond for a day and a half. They leave your house a mess, it took them 7 weeks and almost 10 visits and I still had no ac. I finally had a licensed professional come out and he fixed it within an hour and noted that the wiring had been messed up by Jerry’s. Jerry’s also tried to say my solar panels were the issue that the “voltage was too high” we had our solar panel people come out and discredit that. We had Jerry’s come out again and this time turned off the solar and they continued to say it was a voltage issue. which… once we told them the panels were off were immediately embarrassed and defensive. You’ll see a trend in the reviews of the lack of responsiveness. Call the office after 3pm and it will go to voicemail and the voicemail Will be full. See below pics of thermometers left behind and wires exposed.

  I recently contacted this business to service my heater (that they installed about five years ago) due to the unit intermittently would not fire up. First I got an answer from a woman who was in a grocery store and couldn’t talk. I tried again at a later date when she said she would call back and didn’t, and she was at a daycare(?). This time she called me back and put Jerry on speakerphone. While I was explaining to him what the problem was and what I had done to try to fix it, he rudely interrupted me to state “we don’t help customers who try to fix it themselves”. What?! He refused to help me because I replaced a $20 plug-in probe?! Needless to say I then called a reputable heating company that came out and cleaned my gas jets and it’s worked fine since.
