  My whole experience was amazing. From the ease in which I scheduled it to getting a new unit installed was painless. Jerry A arrived early in my 4 hr window time-frame, and he was professional and informative and gave me all my options. The two technicians were able to come same day and arrived early as well in the given 4 hr window which was great! Alex and Kyle were awesome! They were able to install my whole unit quicker than what I was quoted. They were efficient with the process and thorough in explaining what all they did. Definitely recommend Jerry Kelly for any of your heating and cooling needs!

  Very disappointed about the visit I had yesterday. I called to schedule an appointment for maintenance. The advisor who arrived, Mark was very friendly and personable. Upon arrival he noticed that there was an issue with my system and a part needed to be replaced that is causing my heating unit to shut off and it gets extremely cold. Mind you, I moved in the home not to long ago as a single mom, first time home buyer and there is a HUGE sign on my system that gives details of my warranty. I asked the tech was the part needed under warranty and he advised the warranty was not transferred upon me moving in my home and has since been voided. At that point I was livid and felt at what point was someone supposed to tell me this and this WAS NOT their first visit to my home! Definitely believe this company is deceitful and just about a dollar! Very disappointed and was told, Well that’s unfortunate!? Never informed of any process and feel swindled. Never again! Mind you my system is fairly new! UPDATE: Received a surprising call today about my visit yesterday. The office called today and states that they would honor my warranty and take care of the problem. They made me feel like my concerns were understood and apologized for the inconvenience and came out promptly to fix the issue. Steven was a wonderful representative and made sure everything was working properly before he left. Thanks to you guys, my son and I will sleep warm. Thank you for everything.

  We have had multiple services with Jerry Kelly this week and we are very happy with the customer service we received. First, we had a technician, Korey, come to our house and check our furnace as part of our annual maintenance plan. In this inspection, he noticed we had a very serious issue with our furnace requiring the furnace to be turned off with an immediate replacement deemed necessary. He immediately gave us multiple quotes for different systems and was very honest about which systems he would recommend for us. He did not try to steer us in the most expensive direction, but just ensured we were getting what was right for us. Korey assured us that, although Jerry Kelly's estimate may be slightly higher than competitors, the products and installs are high quality with Jerry Kelly. In addition to Korey, we spoke with his manager (Scott?) that day, and he was able to get us a good deal to match a quote we received from a competitor, giving us multiple options depending on our wants. The best part about Korey and Scott's service was that they would be able to install our new furnace the next morning thanks to the product stock they have on-hand. The next day, Alex J., Ryan S., and Aaron K. arrived on time to our house to install our new furnace. They were courteous and professional, ensuring that they were working efficiently and making sure they were not in my wife's way, as she works from home. Post-install, Alex went over the functionality of our equipment with us and ensured the workspace was left clean. Ales, Ryan, and Aaron did an excellent job and I would highly recommend their team for major HVAC repair/replacement.
