We have been dealing with no air conditioning now for over 3 weeks. Just like the guy below, I took off work to be home and the the repair man never showed up. I was told the same thing about a death in the family. We are now going on over 3 weeks and our AC unit is still not fixed. We have called multiple times and left messages with no call back. We have a home warranty plan and this is who they paired us up with. The home warranty company has also been calling and emailing them with no response. Extremely frustrating!

We were assigned your job on June 7th and your warranty company has had your request for authorization since June 10th. We are not allowed to order our own equipment. We must wait on the warranty company to authorize and send.

I did not choose these folks. They came through my home warranty. We'd scheduled an appointment today between 10 and 2. I stayed home to meet the tech. I called a little after 10 to confirm and was told we're all set. No technician showed. When I called at 2:30 to inquire, I was told that the tech had a funeral. I'm human... I get that, but why not call the me and let me know? Further why confirm when I called earlier this morning? The person I spoke to offered the following excuses: 1. She had just gotten in the office (Not my issue); 2. The person who confirmed the appointment had recently been in a car accident (Seriously?); and 3. They are in Emporia, which is quite a way from where I live (Again, HSA selected these people because they service this area- Not my problem). When I asked to reschedule, their position was take or leave what they had available. There was absolutley no effort to make up for my time that they wasted today. I ended up calling my home warranty to request another contractor. If you're in business, do good business. If you can't do good business, be accountable.

Our apologies. If we make a mistake, we own it. We are working remotely due to COVID and there was a communication issue between dispatchers when our mechanic had to leave early due to a death in the family. He was not able to complete his calls for the day. Yes, the dispatcher had returned one day prior after being out for 10 months and we had switched to a new system in her absence. We offered our first available appointment. We are doing our best during the pandemic.

I went through my home warranty company to have my HVAC unit fixed and Jensen Mechanical was honestly the only company that figured out the problem. They came to diagnose the issue and ordered the part through my warranty company. Once the part was received they installed it. Of course my warranty company sent me a defective part but Jensen was more than willing to help me through the process of getting my unit fixed. They were nothing but patient and polite the whole time. I would highly recommend them and would use them again in the future. *My advice to others is to follow up with your warranty company. Jensen Mechanical has no say as to how long a part will take or even what part is ordered. My warranty company told me the part would take 7-10 business days when in reality it took 2 months. I had to call them daily to get anything resolved.
