We called Jeff and Rich when our furnace kept shutting off. Jeff was extremely helpful over the phone with suggestions and we were able to get it up and running temporarily. They came out the next day to replace the failing part. Professional and knowledgeable, we would recommend Jeff to anyone we know.

Called Jeff on a Friday night before my daughter's graduation party. Air conditioning unit was not working. He diagnosed over the phone and by the end of the night...we had cool air! Thank you Jeff Chips! Recommend to all. Very professional.
