  They came out and gave me a quote to install a split unit. Quote was reasonable, but have called 3 times leaving a voicemail to get it scheduled. Have never received a return call.

  My air stopped working a few years ago while I was at work and family was home. The guy came over figured it out and fixed it. Even with me not being home to pay. Then let me pay after I got off. For that kind of service and kindness, we will always use them!
