  My parents furnace quit working on the coldest! We called Jay’s Heating & AC Repair Heating and Air Conditioning and their very friendly receptionist Sandy, said they would send someone over right away. Within the hour there was a technician at my parents’ door to remedy their issue.   We had excellent service, when our furnace stopped working on a very cold day. The people with whom we spoke were polite, and a repairman was at our home within an hour. He quickly and efficiently changed the thermocouple. We would not hesitate to recommend this company to others.
