Jansen’s service was top notch throughout the entire process and from every person I spoke with. They were timely, I didn’t get a run-around or a “someone will call you” from them. When I was told something would be done it was done. Everything seemed to go seamlessly. I would recommend 10/10 times.

Would definitely be using them again(hopefully i dont have to for a while lol) The guy who worked on my heat had alot of work ahead of him he had a great attitude! Worked fast told me everything he was going and made sure everything was working the way it should be before he left very happy with them!

Woke up this morning (black Friday) to it being 54 degrees in my house. Jansen's was the 2nd place I tried to call, when the first one, a local guy, didn't answer. First time I called before I could speak when someone picked up and said "Hello" they hung up on me. I called back, thinkin this was possibly an accident, and the person I spoke to basically told me due to YESTERDAY being a holiday, that I was SOL until Monday, at the earliest, they didn't care that we have kids or how cold it was, their employees are with their families, so mine can screw off. I can't rate lower than 1 star or I would. I get that it's a holiday weekend, and I was prepared to pay the emergency call out fee plus whatever it took to get it going, however when you work in a business like this, there is an emergency after hours number for a reason, very unprofessional, and I will make sure to tell anyone who asks me to go anywhere else.
