  Working with Jennifer, Tina, and Scotty is truly a pleasure. Each time I call, they are professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Twice I have needed their help recently (to replace a capacitor and to install a new thermostat), and both times the work was completed in less than 24 hours from my initial call.   I have used James Thomas Heating & Cooling for 3 years and find their service to be outstanding. On this particular visit, the requested technician, Scotty, arrived and immediately began his diagnosis after I briefed him on the symptoms. I requested Scotty because he has worked on my units in the past and is familiar with the systems. His depth of knowledge is impressive, as he began testing the myriad of wiring in the outside unit and then the individual components that were preventing the compressor from operating. He finally found the culprit and thankfully had the exact replacement in his truck. After a thorough check of the system, he cleaned up his debris and was completed. I highly recommend this company as it's clear that all of the employees I have encountered are courteous and truly dedicated to providing excellent service..

  We have been customers of James Thomas for 11 years and they have always taken great care of us. We recently had a situation where we needed a new heat pump ASAP. They got one to us in 2 days and also put us in contact with a contractor who built a platform for the new unit. Once again, the James Thomas team came through for us. We highly recommend them.
