  My AC was beyond its last time frame when I bought my home. Sadly to sad, I didn’t know just how bad that time frame was. It is a nice house and within my budget. However, with the pandemic, the job losses began and finances started. I was continually calling out someone to botch my AC a little longer. After 9 months, I started gathering estimates. I called Jake’s Heating and Cooling. Greg promptly came out with different proposals after the inspection of the entire system.He took the time to explain each difficult thing to me until I was able to understand them. He patiently helped me understand the process and allowed me to decide without any pressure the type of system that best suited my home. When I agreed upon the correct Carrier system, some wonderful and kind young men came out and diligently worked and installed my beautiful new unit. It runs quietly and so efficient. The air flow is great. I am so thrilled not only to see my beautiful unit being replaced with my severely botched up unit, but to that piece of mind that I got with the help of Greg made it a blessing to me.

  Jake’s installed a carrier heat pump and A/C compressor. I was very pleased with their responsiveness and professionalism. . The salesman took a lot of time to explain the different options and features and benefits of the system. There was a small service issue that came up after the install and David Stroud arrived within 2 hours of my phone call to fix the issue. He explained how to check the condensate line.

  On an unusually cold and icy day our heat was not working properly. We received prompt attention, professional service and a thorough explanation as to the problem as well as some helpful info about the thermostat. Highly recommend both Jake’s and Zack!
