  My AC unit stopped working, so I called Jacob heating and air and spoke to Carissa. She was kind, friendly and very helpful. She got someone out to me with in 30 minutes. Ken came out and was super friendly and professional. He got my system repaired in a timely manner and I am back up and running for an affordable rate. Outstanding customer service!!! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing repairs or service.

  The Tech J.J. was extremely pleasant, very professional and explained everything he was going to do. I asked him questions about the Company and about my unit, he answered all questions.   We've recently bought a home that has a great A/C system. But, it was installed with telephone wire. We needed a complete rewiring from the handler in our attic to the condenser, along with some other things. Cole and John with Jacob Heating & Air were punctual, polite, and professional. They were considerate of the home, using the side entrance. Probably most importantly, they got the job done the right way. They were also very personable. Thanks Cole and John!
