  Super confused! Called and scheduled with a very sweet lady, gave me my estimate, and said thanks we'll call to confirm. Never called, never showed for appointment. I called several times a day for several days after that, no answer ever, not even a chance to leave a voicemail. Went and scheduled with another company who answers the phone. At least I didn't have to put down a deposit or anything but regardless, very disappointed.

  Appointment was scheduled and technician never showed for appointment. No call, no show, no answer on return call. Do not recommend services. Extremely rude and unconcerned about others time.

  I only gave one star because I had to give something. I scheduled an inspection of my fireplace and had to drive an hour to meet him at my new home and no one showed up or called me. I called like five times only to get a voice mail about cleaning Santa's chimney. I left a message and never heard a word back. I needed this inspection last minute to close on my home and he pushed it further back due to having to find someone else. This company is not worth your valuable time......He was the only one I could find that wasn't to busy to get it done the next day. I totally understand why now...:
