  Great service, as a manager at a warehouse I'm not always able to be there. They called me and let themselves in to service the heater. The office did a follow up call to let me know what they found and ordered the parts we needed. It's nice that I didn't have to keep calling them to figure out what was happening. Great communication!

  Jackson was contracted by Home Security America to look at my HVAC due to freezing. They quickly diagnosed my system and recommend a replacement. HSA approved and shipped the parts. Jackson received them and was out the next day. They arrived at 8 and were finished by noon. My system has been running flawlessly ever since. Thank you so much!

  Terrible customer service and service quality. We were told we had to pay in advance for a cleaning and diagnosis on our HVAC system and after they came out to "clean" the unit, we had to follow up for 3 weeks while they told us they were waiting on costs for parts they needed for the repair. After waiting and being told almost every day for 3 weeks that we'd have the quote the following day, we were told they were no longer interested in the job. We hired another HVAC company who said the coils needed to be cleaned again because Jacksons did such a horrible job. We requested a refund and the only responses we can get from the company are them saying any refund would need to be approved by the owner. One problem with that - the owner is dodging all our calls and refuses to even discuss it with us!
