  I am so happy to have found JackRabbit. The owner is just a very nice lady. They are a very professional company and their employees as well. I have had 3 different employees come to service my AC and they all were very thorough and explained everything about what needed to be fixed. I have a maintenance plan which is awesome and very reasonable in price. I would definitely recommend them. Again Elizabeth is very nice and is willing to please her customers.

  This is by far the best AC company we have ever worked with. First Tony and Elizabeth, we called on a Sunday morning, Elizabeth answer our call, she was very kind and attentive; then Tony, he came to our house and explained all the options we had, why we had to do certain things, what things we could do to save money, etc. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional and gave us different options to choose from. Then the crew, they were on time, respectful of the property, clean and super efficient, the original plan was to finish the job in 3 or 4 days and they finished in just 1 and 1/2 days, bravo!. Oscar, Juan and Juancito were the team that did the duct work, they were friendly and really knew what they were doing, my husband likes to ask a lot of questions and they were always happy to answer them. They are not the cheapest but they are worth every penny, ***if you want things done right, call them***. Thank you very much and keep up the good work.

  The entire experience from initial meeting and walk through to installation has been extremely positive. I can’t say enough good things about Tony. He took all the time necessary to bring his knowledge and expertise into our home and explain all the nuances around A/c systems. From tonnage to seer to ductwork and electrical requirements. He was extremely thorough and patient and answered all my questions. Juan (JD) and Oscar (the installation team) were again thorough and I could tell immediately that they took immense pride in the process at hand and kept me in the conversation every step of the way. The finished product looked great and I’m looking forward to the unit working at its optimal level for years to come. Thanks so much to the entire team at Jack Rabbit with a special mention to to Elizabeth who manages to keep everyone on schedule.
