  If there was a spot to leave 0 star!!! I figured I'd be nice and let the guy working on a house next to mine that my dog is big and may bark... He then makes a comment about "if he is mean I'll just KILL it!" Come to find out he is the OWNER of this place... Wow you are something else. That is my KIDS and FAMILY dog who is in my FENCED back yard!!!

  Do. Not. Use. This. Company. We called them to check out a unit which we knew had been turned off due to a crack. Rather than looking for issues, their "tech" just turned it back on. They tried to blame us because we hadn't told them it was off for a reason. When they went back to the house, they were horribly unprofessional and were cursing at the occupants. This company should not even be in business. Like the other review, I would leave zero stars if I could.

  My boss called jacks to see if they could go look at a unit that was leaking and a guy answered and said the name of the business and my boss asked who speaking and the guy repeated the question and answered me... very unprofessional
