Don and Logan were very responsive, coming out after hours and working quickly to get our home cool again. We have had the pleasure of working with Jack Frost for 8 years now. They have performed two installs at two different residences for us, replacing two very old units and a quick repair yesterday. We don’t see them often, because they do it right the first time, but we wouldn’t hire any other HVAC company. If you want a fast response time, great knowledge, awesome people to talk with, and who go the extra mile every single time, Jack Frost is the best in looking after their customers. Eleven stars for both Logan and Don!

Jack Frost did a great job in replacing our HVAC system and ductwork. Our old A/C had several parts that broke. In speaking with the technician, I decided I would rather replace the whole unit than trying to repair a 30 year old unit. We also had bad ductwork in our house, and we chose to have Jack Frost replace it. All the work was done in a timely manner, at a reasonable price. The new ductwork is a big improvement over the old ductwork, our whole house now receives a/c and heat as it should. I highly recommend using them for any HVAC issue.

Unfortunately it was ridiculous! And it went on for 3 days. On day one they could not give me a time. And when I say time, I mean morning or afternoon. So I took the day off work to play the waiting game. The next day I called to tell them that I had not heard from anyone and to try to find a time for that day. This was at 10:00 a.m. the lady who answered the phone informed me that she hadn't made it to the office yet but she would call me as soon as she got there within just a few minutes. I waited for another hour and then called back at 11:00 a.m. she told me she didn't know what time anybody would be there but they were at the supply house. So I called someone else and had it fixed within 2 hours. She called me back the third day to let me know someone was on their way. I simply replied no thank you I had it fixed yesterday. And she couldn't believe that I was canceling her service. I mean seriously, can you believe that. It is 100% the truth.
