  Good customer service and nice people but these guys are clearly too busy to take care of the volume of customers they get from ElectroFreeze. They have forgotten to show up for appointments, they frequently don’t answer the phone, the voicemail is sometimes full, they don’t always return calls, they have forgotten to order parts. Normally I wouldn’t keep trying to do business with a company like this, but with ElectoFreeze we have no choice.
