They were very helpful over the phone and showed up at our house to put in a water heater exactly when they promised . The 2 people that came out to put in the water heater were very professional and friendly . Fact is that they did not need as much time as they thought they would when I made the appointment so it was cheaper then what I was quoted. Wonderful place and trustworthy

J & S came out to diagnose my A/C issues this morning. I was told they'd be at my house between 8-9 am. Two techs showed up at 8:20. They were prompt, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. They fixed my issue within an hour, cleaned up, and took off. I will definitely use J & S for any future service and maintenance. Very impressed with the work they did! Keep it up, J & S; it's refreshing to see quality work and good customer service!

Our tub drain was leaking under the house. J & S fixed it right away. They also packed a couple of leaky faucets for us. Courteous, professional people, with very reasonable prices. A moth later, after a landscaper destroyed our gas meter with a bobcat, J&S repaired our side of the pipe and brought all of our older gas fixtures and connections up to code. They know plumbing!!
