We bought a house in Truckee that needed the dryer vents cleaned and evaluated for replacement, per our house inspection report when we bought our house. Joe was very responsive, on time, professional, fast and super nice! He cleaned our dryer vent on the first visit and replaced it (because we had the flexible white plastic kind that can cause fires) for what we felt was a very reasonable price. Joe explained everything to me, which I appreciated, and he was honest in setting us up with a solution that actually creates less ongoing work for him, but was the best solution for us. I highly recommend him!!!
