Our geothermal unit was not working correctly and I called trying to find someone to come and everyone was busy but when I called Nate at JNK he said he would come right over. He looked at the unit and found the problem quickly and in no time it was working great again. He explained everything and answered all my questions. I highly recommend him and will use this company for our regular maintenance from now on. Very professional and knowledgeable.
