  WOW & AMAZING! J Martin IAQ is truly the best place for indoor heating and cooling solutions! From first contact with Rex to final installation with Irvin & Kevin, the experience was the best I have ever had with a contractor. Most importantly is they REALLY know their stuff! These folks are likely the best subject matter experts in their industry. I chose Mitsubishi Ductless Mini-Splits for my home. Rex understood what I wanted and helped me with finding the best configuration and units to fit my home. He was patient, respectful, knowledgeable, and stayed in contact with me during the installation process to ensure I was happy. (I am!) Irvin & Kevin installed my units. What a great team! They worked seamlessly together, were clean, quiet, respectful, so knowledgeable in their skill, so organized! They worked from the minute they arrived to the minute they left and ensured I was satisfied with their work and the units. When they left my house was cleaner than when they arrived! Choosing J Martin IAQ for my heating and cooling needs was the best decision ever! It was my honor to meet these wonderful people. Whether you go with a ductless solution like I did or a more conventional solution, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend J Martin IAQ.

  We have used J Marin two times in the last couple of years. We have been extremely happy with the communication, customer service and installation process. It is a small family run business and they truly do care about their customers. We first installed a whole house fan - which I would recommend to anybody even considering it. The installers were friendly, efficient and did a great job of making sure everything was cleaned up. Most recently, we decided it was time to upgrade our air conditioning unit. This was a much bigger job so I made sure to get several quotes from other companies. Long story short, J Martin had the best price and offered a much better unit, including replacing all the ducts and repositioning our condenser to a different area in our backyard. They were able to get us scheduled within a weeks time and finished the job the same day. The installers were great. They took the time to explain how the new unit works with our Nest thermostat and made sure they cleaned everything up. I highly recommend this company. Again, it is family owned. You are dealing directly with the owner Jared or his father. They will do whatever they can to earn your business

  Wow! That’s honestly the first thing that comes to my mind when I think about J Martin. The customer service and response is amazing! I used J Martin for an annual maintenance on my ac and heater unit and I was also interested in getting a quote for getting my ducts cleaned. I spoke with Jesus initially and he was so polite and courteous to working around my busy schedule (taking care of two crazy kids). A couple days later I had Joseph and Caleb call me with an update as to when they would arrive and greeted me at the door with masks and shoe covers in hand…so thoughtful!! They looked at everything and even went into the attic! They went over some recommendations to improve my indoor air quality and help protect my ac and heater unit. I opted for the full package! Their install team came out the following week and cleaned all my ducts, installed a new nest thermostat, a 5 inch filter and an air scrubber in my unit. I’ve only had it for two days and already can tell the difference. I wake up feeling amazing…I can actually breathe!! Oh! I also signed up for their maintenance program to keep the filter and my units clean! I am so pleased with everyone at J Martin. It’s so hard to find an honest and reliable company that actually cares about you. #customerforlife
