  Called to see if they could find a gas leak. Woman i talked to was really courteous and said they should be able to help me. I have been smelling gas for a while and knew it needed attention right away. They sent a man out right away and it took him a while because he had to check lines into the house and under the house. (mobile home) He did find two leaks and took care of the problem. He did have to run for a few parts but he said he wasn't going to leave me without fixing it. He also fixed a hole in my duct work. He was very concerned for my safety. I would greatly recommend this company they are very nice and got the job done. Thanks so much. T.Uber

  I had been having issues with one of our units. I had called another company and they told me the reason it was so cold was my windows were old and letting out heat… I decided to get another opinion. John from J&M came and within a few minutes determined that the unit wasn’t working properly. Within 45 minutes I had hot air. Thank you! Would for sure recommend.

  The servicer that came out was very nice and helped me understand what could be going wrong. My only complaint was that I was told I would get a call when they would be on their way, but did not get a call and they showed up 2 days later.
