  Tim Martinez came to help diagnose why our system wasn’t working well. He was prompt and polite and was able to diagnose the issue quickly that many would overlook. He explained how to avoid the issue moving forward and showed us the diagnostics before and after he fixed the issue to show how much more air will be flowing now. What could have been a big fix was actually easy and pleasant. Tim was great and I look forward to requesting him any time we need work or maintenance done. Highly recommend.

  I have used J.L. Anderson for twenty years. My father recommended this company and so did my brother in law, two men I totally trust. Now I totally trust Anderson's. No matter what problem I have had, or when, they have always shown up the same day to fix the situation. They recently installed a new furnace and air conditioner. I am saving money, and the units are so quiet. I feel very fortunate to have this company available to take care of my heating and cooling needs.

  Mike was AWESOME! He identified several issues with our furnace and explained each one in terms we could understand. He was so personable as well. Same day service. Very pleased and will use Anderson again for sure.
