  Jim checks our furnace in the fall and A/C in the spring and does a very professional job at a reasonable price. We've been using J&J for 17 years and they always respond promptly if we have a problem. I highly recommend them.

  DO NOT USE THEM. After they installed the furnace it broke down shortly after the warranty expired. I spent more money to have it fixed. Then the furnace started dripping water. A few more visits & fees later and finally I asked to see a manager. When I had a manager out to look they wanted to charge nearly a thousand more to line the chimney but no guarantees that would fix the problem. At that point I had to light the furnace manually for the rest of the winter. I have had nothing but problems with them. My furnace was incorrectly installed according to another company I eventually had look at it. J&J then tried to blame the problem on birds. After wasting a few thousand dollars, I am now forced to purchase a whole new system. It just sickens me. Hopefully this will save someone else from a wretched experience.
