  We have used JJ Powell Inc for over 10 years. They provide great customer service. They are friendly on the phone and never a long hold time. They also provide convenient and fast service when we request a delivery.

  Every time I order oil and put empty due for delivery they wait days to show up here we are again 3 day's since I've ordered oil it's supposed to be 5 degrees tonight and I'm sitting on a empty tank time to find a new supplier I shouldn't have to call every time I order oil to ask when my delivery will be. Unprofessional period when my money was already taken out of my account
