  They bought out a really good reputable heating oil company that took great care of their customers and now the service is horrendous. They say they will deliver on a certain day or within a 3 day window and it ends up being 4 or 6 days later but they are sure to charge your card within 24 hours of the order. Worst service I have experienced from a heating oil company.
