  We called J&J Heat & Air concerning heating issues in our home. He answered the phone right away. He came out the same day and fixed the issue in a very timely manner. It was very cold and we were so grateful to be in the heat again. Joe is very knowledgeable, humble and friendly. His prices were very reasonable. We will definitely use his services again as well as recommend to family and friends. Thanks again Joe!

  Joe came out right away and fixed the problem. We had bought & installed a new thermostat that was not working property. He had a new Honeywell in his truck, installed and tested, checked our system out and explained the heat pump system using auxiliary heat method. Cost inexpensive and great service. Never purchase a Google Nest thermometer. Goodgle will not return; they just keep sending out a new one (that does not work). We went through 3 of them, never got our $200+ back. Nest is cheap, made in China electronics.

  He did such a good job on our house we had him do our parents house a few years later. Very honest and dependable. I highly recommend him.
