  We had a furnace die last Winter during a stretch of below zero temperatures. Three of their employees were sent to our house to replace it within 24hrs. Even though one of them had to work outside in the frigid cold and snow to bore a hole for a vent pipe through a 4" beam (for almost an hour) he stuck it out without complaining. 2 1/2 - 3 hours later, the house was toasty warm, cleaned up, We also got a few calls during the following week to .are sure everything was working ok.
