They have been out to work on our AC last summer and our furnace today. Darrin Eaton is very professional , courteous , knowledgeable  and explains the problem in a way that can be easily understood. He even discovered , without me asking him to check , that the part for our furnace was still under warranty so the bill was less than he had originally told me. Don’t mind paying for a service call when you get the service that they / he provides.

Great and professional service from beginning to end! This is not the 1st time I have used their services but it is the 1st time leaving a review. Whomever answers the phone is efficient and gets you immediately to the correct person/dept. Herb, the dispatcher, who takes down your needs and schedules the service is friendly, knowledgeable and has a great personality. Every service tech has been on time, professional and did the job right the first time. I can call out Marco as one of the best servicemen and he is usually the one dispatched for to my residence, which is nice to have a friendly face in your home. I give Marco 5 stars and I recommend J.E. Shekell to anyone who asks.

From the person who answered the phone to Herb who set the appointment up they were courteous and got me set up with an appointment  that was convenient  for me. What started as a simple new "smart" thermostat install and a check on a low airflow register turned into a great learning experience with Mark and Brian!  These two guys walked me through my whole HVAC system, its zones, what each did , how it worked, what was causing my issues and explained how best to correct the problems. They explained how the new smart thermostats work and that with actual corrections to my physical system would better correct my problems.  They could have easily just changed thermostats that I thought would fix a problem and been done but instead they helped me understand  the system & the better and  correct way to make it right!  That's why I use J.E. Shekell !

Came home to find my AC condenser unit was running but no cold air was coming into my house on a 90+ degree afternoon!  It was already over 80 degrees inside and I was dreading a long, hot wait for service.  Darrin arrived at my house less than 2 hours later and was able to make a repair that got my AC running again!  Came first thing the following day to install a new part and make sure everything was running smoothly.  I can't thank him and the service department enough for the quick response and terrific, professional work.  I've been a customer for over 20 years and they have earned my loyalty!

Kevin does the best commercials on tv!  He needs to go professional.

JE Shekell has provided us outstanding service for over 20 years. Our recent AC repair was diagnosed quickly, and Marcos the repair technician was very professional. He had our system repaired quickly, and it was apparent that he enjoys and takes pride in his work.

Mark Moore cane out and preformed our summer service this week and he did such a great job!  I enjoyed working with him.  He did a great job of communicating with me, answering questions, and providing our service. He is so great to work with, just like everyone at Shekell.
