  Do not use this company! Fraudulent! We were quoted and paid for a14 seer unit to be installed. They did a bait and switch and installed a 13 seer. Joe the owner promised and makes appointments to make it right to correct the unit. He says he will be over at a certain time, But never shows up. This type of behavior goes on and on. He answers texts and calls once and sets up an appoint like he will take care of the problem, then never shows up-then he won’t take your call again for months. Shady shady. Unprofessional. He also blames his installers for the mistakes, whom have since left the company (Ronnie and Trent).
