  Called to see about getting a quote for city water and some questions I had. The person who answered the phone said they would call me back. Well, I did get a call back, and was trying to explain I was looking to get city water put in and get a quote and had some questions regarding the process. Guy kept cutting me off saying "If your looking for quotes your talking to the wrong person" I was trying to explain that I had questions regarding it (how it works if he was to do it) and didn't mention a quote after he said that the first time. He just kept saying that statement 2 more times when I was trying to ask him about the process. Eventually he said it again and I paused to think about what to say back and he then hung up. I was trying to go with a local company in Sanford that I figured was a good fit based on the six 5 star reviews. Maybe he thought he was to expensive for me, but it would be hard to tell since I barely got a word in. If you don't give quotes/estimates that one thing, but to be so blatantly rude and arrogant about it is another. I guess he does the work and then your forced to pay whatever price he wants?

  We work closely with J&D on many projects and have found them to be professional and competent in field. Whenever we get a call regarding plumbing we always send them to J&D!
