  I received service on time, was given a report of what was done, and was able to purchase filters easily. The technician was thorough, professional, and helpful. I have relied on J&D Heating and Cooling over many years and highly recommended their service. I believe it is important for the life of my furnace and air conditioner to maintain a strict maintenance service schedule! THANK YOU!

  I called J&D just before 5 pm on a Thursday and Levi was at our door the next morning. Levi is super competent, intelligent, informative and hyper aware of what is needed, not only with our heating and AC equipment, but he can also read the room, so to speak. He is trustworthy, and we know if he says it, it's true. He genuinely cares about us personally, you can't fake that. He is now an honorary part of our family and our life is better with him in it.

  Both of my experiences with J&D Heating have been wonderful. This most recent furnace tune-up was scheduled because my furnace was leaking water (always a scary thing!). Adam quickly identified the problem and fixed the issue. He was great at explaining things in clear, concise ways to someone who doesn't know the first thing about how high-efficiency furnaces work, and he walked me through the things to keep an eye on that didn't necessarily need to be dealt with yet. I really appreciated the heads up without feeling pressured to act immediately. He was warm, kind, and friendly. I look forward to calling J&D again.
