I told the installer that I did not want the thermostat wires where kids could pull on them. The picture shows exactly how he installed the wire. It's just perfect for a kid to rip it out. I paid $5400 and got a very shady job done. Now I have to redo their work for safety reasons. I will not trust their work again.
