  My experience with Ivy Heating and Air was great! We had Ivy come out to fix our AC after it stopped blowing cold air. I called a few places that I found online and left voicemails but my brother in law suggested that I call Ivy Heating and Air. I called, talked to the owner and he was able to come out to our house the very next day. Fast Service! He arrived on schedule and listened intently to me explain what happened with our AC. I let him know that our HVAC system was 15+ yrs old and that it had stopped blowing cold air the day before and that I was worried that it could be a costly repair or might even need to be replaced due to its age. After reviewing our entire HVAC system he hopped onto our roof and told me to turn on the AC for a few seconds then asked me to turn it off. A few minutes later he came down and explained to me that he ran a list of tests to diagnose the issue and that all things pointed to having a faulty capacitor. He went to his truck and climbed back on to the roof and a few minutes later asked me to turn the AC on again and we could feel cool air blowing through our vents. The owner was very thorough when discussing our HVAC system and he took his time answering all of the questions that I had. I especially like how Ivy went the extra mile to reassure me as a homeowner that our older HVAC system didn't need to be replaced. I was fully expecting a hard sell on a new HVAC system so it felt good knowing hearing that from him. I was very impressed with Ivy Heating and Air and they are now my 'go-to' for any A/C issues. I would highly recommend them. I had a great experience and I'm sure you will to!

  Isaias is very professional and knowledgeable, he was able to diagnose the issue fairly quickly. He was able to procure a replacement control module and trouble shoot other issues with my furnace unit. Great customer service, definitely recommend for all heating and AC needs.

  Mr. Puentes expert services were very helpful in providing me with a complete HVAC system evaluation before I purchased my home and was able to identify repairs that needed to be addressed. I have been able to keep up my HVAC system with routine maintenance year round to keep my system running at its best. Mr. Puentes oriented me to a new thermostat that I can use via an app after he installed to my home system a few months back. I have been able to rely on this company to trouble shoot anything that has come up and they have been very helpful every step of the way. I have recommended their services to friends and family and they have all been happy to have someone they could trust.
