We were very impressed with the quick response! After calling Isley’s to schedule for an issue with our heater we had a tech at our home within 3 hours and working heat shortly after that! Friendly staff and prompt service. We definitely recommend them and will use Isley’s for all our future needs.

Olivia who answered the phone with a smile in her voice got me scheduled for same day service and notified me when the technician was on his way to my house. Dustin showed up and did a great job fixing my plumbing leak. He was professional, pleasant and very knowledgeable. He made it look easy. I highly recommend this company and will for sure call on them for future needs. Great customer service!

I’ll make a VERY long story short: Isley’s caused a refrigerant leak in our HVAC system during our last service and once realizing today, admitted fault but then backtracked and tried to blame it on the manufacturer (odd, because this wasn’t an issue the other two times we had our unit serviced, or on the install with them). They were trying SO hard to avoid responsibility, in almost a desperate manner. Staff kept contradicting one another on what the issue was, who was responsible, and how much it would cost to repair. They were SO unorganized. Manager was also no help; he was unreceptive and indifferent. So basically: Isley’s caused a leak, causing harm to the environment and leaving us without refrigerant and warmth. They then expected US to give them our money to fix a problem THEY created, and saw no issue with that. They truly wanted to profit off their mistake. The desperation and stinginess on their side was tangible. Makes me think of a used car salesman. Very untrustworthy.

Lisa, it's really unfortunate that the heating and cooling system we installed stopped working. The very last thing we want is to have unexpected failures and upset customer. I want to respond and state the facts. We installed the package system in June 2019. We provided a Two Year Labor Warranty. January 2022, 2.5 years later we received a call for a no heat complaint. At this point we are no longer obligated to perform warranty repairs. We found the system out of Freon then provided you with a proposal for a leak search to determine where the leak may be and to fill the system with Freon. I authorized a free leak search and discounted the repair at over 1/2 of our normal price however, you felt we should repair the system for free. We did not sabotage the unit. We serviced the system 8 months prior to having this failure and it worked great all last summer. You have made claims of this unfortunate situation being odd, which it is, of us backtracking, blaming the manufacturer and even that we caused the Freon leak and harming the environment. We feel, Isley's has gone above and beyond in an attempt to diagnose the system failure and communicate the solution to get the system working again. I'm truly sorry for how this ended for both parties.
