  Extremely rude and not helpful. Look up towards the ceiling and by the floor for signs telling where not to go in this maze they call a business. Pro suggestion: maybe focus on Customer Service during the training process. Will take my business elsewhere...first impressions.

  Great knowledgeable staff! Worked with Steve and he was very knowledgeable in helping me know what I needed to know before swapping out my main water shut off valve.
