  Have called 3 times for their service, was charged 3 times. And heater still not working, very bad service. Just knowing charged money, and don’t know how to fix. Re: (Of course I not feel well because 59 degree on 1 and 2 floor, when your tech is arrived I’ve tried give him a sterile packaged mask, he was refused it was his choice. And if you see you can’t afford the work just don’t take it. And thanks I will use your advice getting more professional company on it)

  Mr, Berezii I’m sorry to hear your still having issues with that furnace. As our technician explained to you your furnace was installed with no pitch to the flue pipe. The flue pipe is behind the sheet rock and will need to be open to correct this installation issue. The office also spoke to you about that and advised you reach out to the company that installed it. It being a new house, only a year old. Please let that company know that your not feeling well before they send a technician out. As our tech is in quarantine. To protect the rest of his co workers.

  Technician was wonderful and knew exactly what he was doing and the problem with my hot water heater. Came the day I called and confirmed time of arrival. A little pricey for the job, but he saved my hot water heater from further damage, as it just needed a new valve.
