  I had a central a/c system installed. Was plagued with problems from the beginning. The installers first left black finger prints all over my ceilings where vents were installed. I notified Matt the owner and he was very responsive. Tried to have someone clean and paint the areas but unfortunately couldn’t get it off. So he compensated me to have ceilings painted. Then as the weather got colder I started feeling cold drafts of air coming from the return vents. Called Matt and he addressed the issue promptly. After repairing an elbow that came apart we still continue to get cold air through returns. Notified Matt and they returned again. Tech stated they repaired some insulation that came off. Once again drafts continue. Attempted to contact Matt and he has ignored 4 attempts to contact him. This is a brand new system that isn’t installed properly. I would NOT use this company as I am now in contact with my attorney, the BBB and the State of RI.

  I was having issues with getting a new nest thermostat to work with my current setup (wiring, boiler, etc). With a older home and old wiring the Nest wasn't turning the heat on. The technician Tom they sent was professional, on time, knowledgeable and even gave me some maintenance advice for my boiler. Price was fair and I will be looking to IRB Solutions for any future issues I may have.

  After many failed attempts of working with other HVAC contractors who would tell me that I needed to replace my entire system, I contacted IRB. Matt was able to diagnose my problem in minutes on a Tuesday and immediately source the parts and get a crew to install them on Friday. The techs doing the install were on time, professional, friendly, and extremely communicative. The job was done with the utmost care and respect for myself and my property. I cannot recommend anyone else. Fantastic experience! Thank you
