They were attentive and responsive from start to finish, providing updates continuously on the status of parts that had been ordered. Dean and Conner, their installation team, were extremely professional and polite. They worked hard to install the new unit and did an awesome job cleaning as they went. Overall, I'm very impressed and would happily do business with them again.

Rick was very helpful and knowledgeable. I called the owner, John, and he was quick to respond and sent someone over. Rick stayed late until he got the job done. Very professional! They are very detail oriented and will explain any issues you have until you can understand it yourself. I would recommend them to anyone out there.

Preventive maintenance services appear to have been done but one month later my stop cooling and kept running.

After reviewing the work order the technician did mention that you are low on Freon and the tech also mentioned to you that we will need to find a Freon leak. You turned down the offer and just wanted the system to run. So technician just replaced capacitors but also mentioned to you that this will not solve the problem.

If you like we can go back out there and check for Freon leak or give you other options to help with the leaking system. Give us a call and we can be more than happy to help you.

They worked on my mother-in-law‘s (71 yr old) AC unit the next morning it was 80° by 8:00 AM. I tried calling the business and no return call. Call his cell number on the business card. I get no answer or the phone is off. I paid him for 400.00 cash.

They were prompt and provide great service.  Thank you.
